Delivery time:

After placing your order, we may need 1 business day to prepare your order (weekends and holidays not included).  This will be our processing time to make sure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time.

The delivery is normally 2 days for the UK. This depends on the processing of your order and the country of residence.

For any personalized items, please note that it takes 3 weeks to get to you & cannot be cancelled as it is made especially for you. 

You will get confirmation emails and the team will be in contact every step of the way. We will inform you with an email after shipment or if there is any delay.


All standard shipping orders, including International, are sent Tracked service.

In the UK, all parcels are sent via Royal Mail's 1st class Tracking service.

For Europe & the rest of the world, your parcel will also be tracked using available reliable companies.

We offer free shipping for the UK as well as Free Shipping on orders over £70/$70 for Europe & the rest of the world.

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Xmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you.

If you would like to cancel a back ordered item in your order, simply send us your request in an email, we will get back to you within 24 hours. (contact@belledesoiree.com)

Why am I not getting all my shopping in the same parcel?

We are working with different manufacturers in the world, so when you order something, each manufacturer will deal with a specific product. When you order various articles, it can happen that you will receive each parcel separately at a different time. Normally everything will be in the same package.

- How long does the delivery take?

If the parcel goes to the UK, Ireland, you will get a Royal Mail tracking number and it takes 2/3 days , often faster.

From Europe & beyond,you will get a tracking number which you can then check directly with the shipping company. Time varies 5/8 days depending on the country.

Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

Normally orders from the United Kingdom will not be charged for the customs fee but it always depends of the country of residence. See our terms and conditions for more information. We are not responsible for any taxes.

- What Types of Payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (VISA, American Express, Discover, MasterCard) through our secure checkout. We also accept PayPal.

For your information:

  • If you are owed a discount, it will appear directly in your cart at checkout.
  • We request your telephone number at checkout so we can contact you if there are any issues with your order - we will not use it for anything else and will never pass it onto a third party.

  • If you do wish to return your order,  please send us an email immediately to contact@belledesoiree.com
  • We happily accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
  • EXCEPTIONS: Final sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized pieces.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees and are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD (cash on delivery) may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

Be sure to provide the following details:

  • Description of the product refund;
  • A contact phone number
  • Your email address
  • Picture of the problem you are describing

Are there any charges for return? No. 

  • The wrong size, wrong item, and quality problem items can be exchanged.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • You MUST use trackable Mail and share the tracking number and link with us.

In the event of a damaged parcel

  • We're very sorry if the BelledeSoiree products you looked forward to receiving have arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them safely, but even the most lovingly prepared parcel, things can happen.
  • If you send these products back to us within 30 days of receiving them, we will offer you an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we have received the return. Please ship back with a proof of sending.
  • In this case, we will pay for the postage of sending these items back to us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item (due to damage), send us an email at contact@belledesoiree.com  and send your item ONLY to the below return address.


**Refunds will not be processed by wire transfers under any circumstances.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Additional non-returnable non-refundable items

  • Personalized and Engraved items are non-refundable unless it is part of the product's design.
  • Design-your-own and custom made orders are not refundable, and non-cancellable
  • Gift Cards are not returnable
  • Clearance items are not refundable
  • Appraisals are non-refundable
  • Free gifts or Marketing Materials
  • Purchases made with either part of full Loyalty Points toward the cost of the product.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items on sale


  • The exchange-related costs will be at the client’s expense.
  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different one with a different price, the difference will be charged by bank transfer or PayPal.
