Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Please note that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black Friday, and Christmas ..)
  • Below you will find further details on shipping costs and shipping methods.
  • If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Changing the address will suppose a cost depending on the country of destination.
  • For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies that take care of air transportation.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes..
  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with specific information from which you will be able to track your order.
  • Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces will take longer, and these details can be found on the product pages.
  • When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We will inform you with an email after shipment or if there is any delay.

  • You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
  • If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item in your order, simply send us your request in an email immediately.

 

UK Delivery - FREE shipping

Up to 3 working days delivery (often the following day) (M-F - weekends and holidays not included) :

We will send your order using 'Royal Mail 1st class Tracking &/or Signed For'. 

Once payment has been received, your order is processed by our warehouse and you can expect to receive your delivery within 3 working days (often the next day). If you have not received your order a few days after receiving confirmation it was despatched, we would advise contacting your local Royal Mail depot to see if they are holding the order for you, as we will be sending you a tracking number each time and you can also contact Sophie, our great customer service person at contact@belledesoiree.com

EUROPE & Non-EU DELIVERY: FREE on orders over £100/100

We partner with multiple shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information.  Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

  • 3 to 7 working days delivery (M-F)

Orders are charged £17.90 .with companies having reliable tracking

 

US & REST OF THE WORLD:

  • 5 to 8 working days delivery: (M-F)

Orders are charged £18 or this is free for orders over £100/$100.

            We use reliable companies like DHL, FedEx and others and you will receive a tracking number.

 

- What Types of Payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (VISA, American Express, Discover, MasterCard) through our secure checkout. We also accept PayPal.

For your information:

  • If you are owed a discount, it will appear directly in your cart at checkout.
  • We request your telephone number at checkout so we can contact you if there are any issues with your order - we will not use it for anything else and will never pass it on to a third party.
